Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancelation that occurs within less than 24 hours from the start of training may result in no refund.

No refund will be provided should you be dismissed from class.

Terms of Service

Class starts promptly at 7:15 am Mountain (Denver) Time. Please be logged into class and ready to go at that time, anyone joining late will not be admitted into training.

In order to complete training in a timely manner we will be working through lunch each day. Be prepared to have meals readily available.

You must have your camera turned on for the training. This is the only way we are able to offer this training remotely. Ensure the device you are using will have sufficient internet connection to participate in training. If you are offline or have your camera shut off it will result in not completing the training.

No form of disruptive behavior will be tolerated in class. Failure to comply can and will lead to your dismissal.

The instructor has full discretionary right to remove you from class should they feel you are not actively engaging in training and/or distracting others.

Absolutely no vulgar, offensive language or alcohol consumption. This is not accepted and will result in you being banned from the class and any future classes.

No pornography or offensive images. If someone does bring them up in the class, MSHA Safety Services Inc will investigate and prosecute for any damages or lost revenue resulting from it.

We are not able to provide site specific training for those completing new miner training. You will need to contact the mine site where you will be working to complete this. If you have further questions about this, we are happy to help answer them.

Once you receive your certificate at the completion of training, do not alter or adjust the record in any way beyond signing it. Your training certificate is a legal document and modifying it is a federal offense. If you require any adjustments, be made, please reach out and let us know.
