Whitney is often the first point of contact for clients at MSHA Safety Services and one of the longest-tenured members of the team. From course registrations to day-to-day support, she plays a central role in guiding clients through their experience and making sure everything runs smoothly. With a background in chemical engineering and experience in data-heavy work, Whitney brings a strong technical foundation to her role. She’s passionate about simplifying and automating processes, helping the team work more efficiently while improving the client experience.
