Rachel Schmutz

Rachel is a Co-Founder of MSHA Safety Services and the driving force behind its vision, direction, and long-term growth. She has an instinctive ability to see the bigger picture and connect it to meaningful outcomes, helping the company expand its offerings in ways that truly serve miners, contractors, and the teams who support them. Her leadership and thoughtful approach have been instrumental in shaping the company into what it is today. Beyond her work at MSHA Safety Services, she manages a household of six and runs two additional businesses, bringing the same focus, energy, and clarity of purpose to everything she builds.
