Jenifer brings over 30 years of experience across the mining safety field, working closely with large mining companies and complex operations throughout the industry. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of how people, processes, and safety culture come together in real-world environments, making her a trusted resource for teams across every level of an organization.

Known for her ability to connect people and ideas, Jenifer helps teams communicate clearly and move forward with confidence. A Certified Mining Safety Professional and Part 48 MSHA Approved Instructor for both surface and underground facilities, she has trained miners at more than 100 sites in the U.S. and internationally. She has also walked side-by-side with MSHA inspectors in both surface quarries and underground mines and understands exactly how to address their concerns. Today, she supports MSHA Safety Services clients through training and consulting with her in-depth expertise.
