Jason has spent over two decades in the non-profit space, including more than eight years as Director of Membership for the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), where he directed international growth operations, managed over half of the association’s total revenue budget, and consistently maintained retention rates up to 92 percent. That work put him at the center of the construction materials, aggregate, and industrial sand industries, and along the way, he built genuine relationships across the mining industry that eventually led him to MSHA Safety Services.

Jason is known for his ability to speak to almost anyone and a knack for taking complicated issues and making them easy to understand. He has successfully onboarded hundreds of corporate accounts and led major CRM modernizations to optimize not only the client pipeline, but the experience of every client in it. He brings a deep knowledge of the mining sector and an extensive network of producers and manufacturers — and knows exactly how to put both to work.
